Quality Control
Both grades can be supplied with a chemical analysis report. Compare it with your limits, then the accepted specification is written on the order.
A chemical analysis report can be supplied for both A grade and B grade. Please request the report for the mesh size you are evaluating. Acceptance limits should be agreed before the order is confirmed.
| Item | A Grade | B Grade |
|---|---|---|
| SiO₂ | 99.9% min | 99.8% min grains; 99.7% min powder |
| Fe₂O₃ | ≤ 100 ppm | ≤ 200 ppm |
| Al₂O₃ | ≤ 200 ppm | ≤ 200 ppm |
| Na₂O | ≤ 100 ppm | ≤ 200 ppm |
| K₂O | ≤ 100 ppm | ≤ 100 ppm |
| MgO | ≤ 200 ppm | ≤ 200 ppm |
| CaO | ≤ 100 ppm | ≤ 100 ppm |
| Magnetic impurities | ≤ 50 ppm | ≤ 100 ppm |
These are typical values from the product data. Chemical composition, particle size and other limits are confirmed on the COA and the quotation before the order.
Our aim is to help industrial buyers identify a suitable material and obtain a clear quotation from the real requirement, not from a generic catalogue line.
What to include in your inquiry
- Grade: A grade or B grade
- Form: sand, grains or powder
- Target particle size or mesh range
- SiO₂ target and impurity limits, if you have them
- Application and any technical specification
- Estimated quantity and destination country
