Packing for fused silica is part of the order. A note that mentions 25 kg bags or jumbo bags describes options that can be discussed. The packing on your quotation is the packing you are being asked to accept.

25 kg bags

Bags of 25 kg can suit a trial and places where the material is handled by hand. The same bags may be supplied on pallets. Buyers can read the packing notes before they approve an offer.

Jumbo bags

Jumbo bags of about 1000 kg or 1250 kg suit larger orders when the buyer can unload them. Say whether the delivery place can receive a bag of that weight. A first shipment discussed as a trial is described in the trial-order notes, and that quantity may not be a jumbo bag.

A 25 kg quotation is a different offer

A quotation for 25 kg bags is not the same offer as a quotation for jumbo bags. Quantity, bag type and pallets can change the order. Buyers can use the quotation request to ask for the packing to be written on the offer they review.

Confirmed with the order

Packing is confirmed with the order. State the bag type you prefer and whether you need pallets. If a trial of 100-500 kg is under discussion, say so. That range is subject to the product and to shipping confirmation. It is not a standing promise that every product ships at that weight.
